First Wednesday Tarot Club

A friendly, relaxed tarot club for anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with the cards, whether you’re just starting out or have been reading for years.

Each month we’ll explore themes from the Tarot Focus classes, beginning with a gentle, accessible teaching section that looks at the cards, symbolism, and how they show up in real readings. No pressure, no tests - just shared learning and curiosity.

The second half of the session is all about practice. We’ll read together, ask questions, try spreads, and build confidence in a supportive space. This part of the evening is tailored to the group, allowing us to go deeper where needed, explore different reading styles, and help you trust your own tarot voice.

All abilities are welcome. Bring your own Rider Waite Smith deck if you have one, or we can loan you a deck if this is your first experience of tarot.

Whether you’re learning the basics, refining your intuition, or looking for a regular space to read with others, this club is about connection, confidence, and learning together.

Vic Hyland and Michele Chamberlain Scott are well known figures in the field of occultism with both having spent over 40 years in study and practice across a wide range of esoteric techniques.

Based in Dorset they provide lectures, workshops, mentoring and magical services across the country.

They are also artists, poets, musicians and published authors who combine a warm, friendly, collaborative approach with deep knowledge and gentle humour!
